Junior HR Advisor – FTC Ending January 2026

THE COMPANY: Our client is a financial services firm seeking a Junior HR Advisor.
THE ROLE:
* General day to day queries and first point of contact for all employee queries
* Responsible onboarding and offboarding employees, including new starter checks, new starter packs and reference checks
* Responsible for all HR administration – employment contracts, offer and pension letters, probation, staff changes and payroll amendments, and leaver processing
* Responsible for administering HR processes, including all maternity, paternity, shared parental leave, changes to employee hours, promotions etc
THE PERSON:
* Experience working in a HR role previously (probably 2-3 years)
* Some knowledge of Employment Law and HR regulations a benefit (CIPD/HR Degree would be advantageous but not necessary)
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
