HR Business Partner - Adult Mental Health
East Midlands, NW
£55,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance
Fully remote with Travel to services
Overview
Compass Corporate Services are excited to working exclusively with a leading national complex care organisation to recruit a HR Business Partner to support their Northern region covering a total of 14 hospitals and 3 residential care homes. The HR BP will collaborate with senior management and department heads to provide a strategic mindset to support the group’s long-term goals and growth.
The Role/Candidate
You will collaborate with various departments and leadership to provide strategic HR guidance and implement HR initiatives, establishing credible relationships with internal staff including Hospital Directors within your remit through on-site visits and ’proactive’ check ins.
Sites included areas such as Leeds, York, Preston, and Cheadle so a flexible approach to working is required as travel will be required when necessary to accommodate visits. You will also be line managing an ER Advisor who will be supporting on the more complex ER cases and overall caseload for ER specifics.
The objective for this post is that the post holder will be operating as an established business partner, bringing a strategic planning mindset, working on initiatives that will support their business function.
Criteria
Previous experience as a HR Business Partner
- Prior health/social care experience preferred
- CIPD Qualified
- Ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable and resilient
- Proven experience of driving a successful people plan
Salary & Benefits
There is a salary on offer is £55,000 per annum + £5,000 car allowance.
Hours / Shift Pattern
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), with working hours being 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. The role itself is Fully remote with travel to locations Travel to hospitals in your region will be required as and when needed.
