About the Role:
A highly skilled and motivated Property Management Surveyor is sought to join a growing team. The role involves overseeing the management and maintenance of a property portfolio, ensuring efficient operations and maximising asset value. This position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
* Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions and identify maintenance needs.
* Develop and implement property management plans to optimise asset performance and maximise rental income.
* Negotiate lease agreements and liaise with tenants to address their needs and concerns.
* Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and repairs.
* Monitor property budgets and expenses, providing regular reports to management.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience in property management, with a focus on commercial or residential real estate.
* Strong knowledge of property laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively under pressure.
* Professional accreditation (e.g., RICS) is preferred but not required.
* Experience: 3 years in Property Management (required)
