Job Description:
Title: Senior Conveyancer
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000
I am looking for an experienced Senior Conveyancer to lead a team of three, including a Conveyancer and a Conveyancing Assistant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of the conveyancing process and will be responsible for the allocation of work within the team. This role involves managing all files opened under their name, ensuring successful completions, and achieving the financial targets set for the year.
The Senior Conveyancer will play a crucial role in the development and progression of the team members, providing guidance and identifying training needs. Additionally, the role includes involvement in business development activities to help grow the firm’s client base. The successful candidate will need to exhibit strong leadership skills, maintain high professional standards, and ensure that all actions comply with relevant professional codes of conduct.
The firm is well-established and dedicated to providing professional and friendly legal services across a range of areas. They support clients with fixed fees, Legal Aid, and instalment plans, ensuring our services are accessible to all.
