We are now recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join the Accountancy Services team in Warrington.
Internally, the job title for this role is Data Services Specialist.
What will you be doing as an Accounts Administrator?
* Process new joiners and re joiner’s documentation accurately and within agreed timescales.
* Processing contracts accurately.
* Maintain the customer records/databases to ensure that accurate customer, company, and assignment information is available.
* Follow up with the Compliance team any unknown agencies and keep New Business up to date with progress.

Essential Experience
* General office administration experience
* Excellent communications skills
* Have a pro-active approach to problem-solving and innovation
* Good IT skills
Desirable Experience
* Experience in working to targets
* High volume data entry
* Previous experience using HMRC gateway
