Job Description:
Our prestigious client, a provider of Business to Business finance, is recruiting for a Business Services Co-ordinator. As a Business Services Co-ordinator you will essentially be providing administrative support to the Business Service team including regular liaison with dealer personnel, internal and external sales people and other colleagues.
Duties will include:
* Co-ordinating administration for new business proposals up to the point of pay out.
* Administration and data input.
* Maintaining up-to-date, accurate computerised records and databases using bespoke programs.
* Supporting Anti-Money Laundering/Fraud checking requirements including using anti-fraud tools and ensuring customer account onboarding complies with Regulation and company policy.
Requirements
* Good administration skills with accurate data inputting abilities and use of Microsoft programs. Training will be provided in the use of bespoke systems and software.
* Confident, effective communicator - by phone, in writing and in person.
* 5 GCEs (or equivalent) grade C/5 or above, including Maths and English as minimum. 2 A-levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above, preferred.
* Experience of working with processes and legislation relating to the FCA, Anti-Money Laundering, and Data Protection would be helpful.
