This fantastic independent clients, owners of a small number of Pharmacies in the Reading and Oxford area is seeking a hands on Pharmacy Manager to be the face of their Reading store.

The ideal candidate will be highly service-driven and enthusiastic about representing the Pharmacy, playing a crucial role in building relationships and maintaining the high standard of service that defines their reputation.
Key Duties
* Providing NHS services
* Providing Pharmacy first
* Phlebotomy, Earwax removal and vaccinations are the most popular services provided
* Minimal checking of prescriptions as the pharmacy has high technology in checking

* Salary negotiable dependent on interview skill set

* PAYE contract offered only
* Monday to Friday 08:00-18:00
Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements
* GPHC registered Pharmacist
* Minimum of 2 years experience
* Pharmacy First Trained
* Phlebotomy (favoured)
* Vaccination trained
* Earwax removal trained (favoured)
* Must have a great personality and enjoy face to face engagement with customers
* Must be personable and happy to be a part of a team
