Job Description:
Administrator * Location: Leeds
* Job Type: Full-time (37 hours per week, Monday-Friday)
* Salary: £13.69 PAYE / £16.81 Umbrella
My client are looking for a dedicated Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing taxi and private hire licence renewals, as well as undertaking a variety of administrative tasks to support our operations.
Day-to-day of the role: * Process taxi and private hire licence renewals efficiently and accurately.
* Perform a range of administrative tasks including data entry, file management, and correspondence handling.
* Liaise with applicants and provide excellent customer service, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain up-to-date records and databases, ensuring all information is correct and compliant with regulations.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the licensing process.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in using standard office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
