The Permanent Division of Robert Half is currently recruiting for a Senior Accounts Payable specialist on behalf of a Distribution business with offices in Towcester.
Role
As Senior Accounts Payable Specialist you will work closely with the Head of Finance and take responsibility for managing the ledger reporting, processing of invoices and capturing costs for a Multi-Site business. Day to day duties will consist of:
* Bank Reconciliations and Bank reporting
* Liaising with sites daily, weekly and monthly
* Managing head office expenditure
* Invoice processing
* Taking the lead for senior finance duties and working closing with the Cashier and Accounts Assistant
Your Profile
You will be an Experienced Accounts Payable Specialist ideally with Multi-Site and /or a Service background with the ability to get up to speed quickly and add value to the tasks associated with the finance team.
