Job Description:
Our client is a leading provider of innovative and energy-efficient underfloor heating solutions across multiple sectors. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of underfloor heating projects. This position requires a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones.
* Coordinate with various departments to ensure project requirements are met.
* Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
* Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and logs.
* Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
* Serve as a point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Facilitate effective communication to ensure all parties are informed of project status and changes.
* Assist in implementing quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
* Assist in preparing cost estimates and financial reports.
* Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and safety standards.
* Assist in the preparation of risk assessments and mitigation plans.
* Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and project requirements.
* Provide technical information and project details to support the sales process.
* Work with the estimating department to develop accurate and competitive project bids.
* Assist in reviewing and refining project estimates and proposals.
Project Coordinator
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a project coordination, document control or similar role, preferably in the construction or HVAC industry.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management or document control software would be advantageous.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
