?? 1x SEN English Teacher - GCSE
?? Paid to scale
?? Immediate start, On-going position, Temporary to permanent role
?? Location: Harrow, North West London
? Flexible Hours:
* Monday and Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
* Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
* Thursday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
* Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
?? Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging English lessons tailored to SEN students with SEMH, ADHD, ASD and related SEN
* Creating an inclusive learning environment to foster growth
* Implementing individualised education plans (IEPs)
* Utilising effective behaviour management strategies
?? Additional Provision:
* Small classes (10 pupils per class)
* Education Support Worker (ESW) in every class
* Specialist literacy and art therapy support
* Career and further education advice
* Mental health and sensory support services
