Job Description:
Residential Property Solicitor / FILEx / Licensed Conveyancer – Tunbridge Wells
Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
A full-time Residential Property Solicitor/FILEx or Licensed Conveyancer is required to join a busy property team at Tunbridge Wells.
The role would suit someone who has a high degree of residential property experience (3-5 PQE) running their own caseload and someone who has aspirations for progression. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Law Society’s Conveyancing Protocol, and experience of working within the CQS framework.
You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with a high level of attention to detail in order to sustain the quality of service they deliver to their clients.
Hybrid working will be considered as part of this role.
Key responsibilities for this role are:
* To increase the fee income of property work
* To manage a full and varied caseload unsupervised and working on your own initiative
* To liaise with estate agents on a regular basis to promote our services
* To develop and manage relationships with providers and clients
