Job Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Healthcare Assistants or Senior Healthcare Assistant. In this role, you will provide crucial support and care to individuals in diverse healthcare environments, including Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Care Home settings. Locations: Liverpool & All over the UK
Client Setting: Residential Homes; Care Homes
Shift Pattern: Long Term; 8am - 8pm/8pm - 8am; Early and Late shifts, Day & Night Shifts
Agency Rate: Excluve Pay rates : £12 - £15 p/h (depending on experience)
Mandatory Requirements: Candidate should have all Mandatory Training Certificates including Practical Training
Responsibilities:
* Provide essential support and care to individuals in healthcare settings.
* Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
* Support individuals with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
* Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals, adhering to proper protocols and documentation.
* Monitor and record vital signs, promptly reporting any abnormalities or concerns.
* Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring adequate nutrition and hydration for individuals.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
* Effectively communicate with individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals, ensuring clear understanding and coordination of care.
* Supervise and support junior healthcare assistants, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
Requirements:
* Valid Mandatory Training Certificates
* Valid Passport / Visa & BRP
* Practical - BLS and Moving & Handling Trainings
* Enhanced DBS, on update service
* Right to work or Eligibility to work in the UK
* Driving Licence (if any)
* Practical PMVA (3 days) (if any)

Candidate should have the below Documents:
* Updated CV
* Valid DBS on Updated service
* Mandatory practical and online trainings
* Manual Handling training (must be practical or face-to-face)***
* Immunization Certificates
* Covid Vaccination Card
* Passport Copy and BRP Card
* Employment Clinical Reference (2 Refree’s details or Summarised Reference Form from Employer)
* NI Proof/NI Letter
* Current Visa
* COS or University Letter
* 2 References (covering 3-5 years)
* 1 Character Reference
* 2 Address Proofs
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 OR GSCE Assessment Test (if any)
* Details of 5 years of address history along with the dates stayed
