Contracts Administrator
Reports To: Contracts Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire - this is an office-based role so you must live within a reasonable commutable distance to the office.

Responsibilities:
* Providing admin support to the Contracts team
* Data entry with Contract paperwork for renewals and new business
* Answering telephone calls / queries
* Checking and responding to emails and supporting the Contracts team
Experience required:
* You will be comfortable using all Microsoft programmes
* A clear understanding of general Admin tasks
* Excellent data entry skills, timely, efficient and accurate
* Previous office experience
* Good spoken and written English
* Good communication skills
* Team player
Package:
* c£30,000 - £40,000 DOE
* 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays increasing with service

Hours: 8.30am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch
