Our client is looking for a Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a broad mix of Residential and/or Commercial Property experience to join their Hove office. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and supervise staff.
Duties will include:

* Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion.
* Dealing with Residential Conveyancing and/or Commercial Property matters.
* Drafting and approving various legal documentation.
* Effectively maintain the firm’s case management system.
* Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with.
* Conduct legal research where appropriate.
* Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice.
* Attend to clients of the Firm on a regular basis.
Desired skills:

* Fee earning experience essential within Residential Property/ Commercial Property at least 1 Years PQE +.
* Proven track record of meeting targets.
* Have strong interpersonal skills.
* Business development and networking skills.
