Job Description:
An experienced Senior IT Support Technician with ideally 2-3 years of experience is needed to join the team at this leading IT support provider to schools, colleges, and businesses based in Sidcup on a full-time basis.

This is a field-based role; hence, a valid UK driving licence and your own car are essential.

Established in 2002, they provide IT Support to Schools, Colleges, and Businesses around Kent and London.  
Their aim is to create a team of engineers and technicians who focus on relationships, not sales. They believe their success in maintaining a reputation for quality support is built on that simple principle!
Required Skills:
* Experience with VMWare and Hyper-V environments
* Strong experience with Windows Server Operating Systems
* Strong knowledge of networking elements TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN
* Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
* Experience in supporting desktops, laptops and imaging of these devices.
* Experience with AV Equipment
* Good backup practice 
* Demonstrate strong communication skills and good working knowledge of IT
* Excellent troubleshooting skills
Desirable Skills:
* Unifi/Aruba/Meraki Wireless Solutions
* MDM (Meraki, Jamf, Lightspeed, Apple Configurator)
* Google Workspace Administration
* Microsoft 365 Administration (Azure/Intune)
* AV Installation experience
* 3CX Administration
Required Experience:
* Ideally, 2-3 years of work IT experience, preferably in an Education environment
* Experience in supporting desktops, laptops and imaging of these devices.
* Experience with AV Equipment
