Robert Half are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager position, based in Central London, for a growing tech business. They are looking for newly qualified ACA’s/ICAS/CA’s from any size practice.
Role
The Finance Manager for this role based in Central London will report into a very supportive Group Financial Controller who started their career as a Finance Manager approx. 2 years ago. The role is broad, commercial (business partnering), and progressive.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to -
* Business planning process and ensure that plans are consistent with the strategic objectives
* Work with the various department heads, lead on the preparation of budgets, proving numbers into financial forecasts and supporting an appropriate allocation of cost.
* Monitor performance against appropriate KPIs and ensure that this data is effectively reported.
* Month end open and close
* Produce monthly management accounts including commentary and variance analysis
* Report on the financial performance along with associated risks and opportunities.
Profile
For this Finance Manager position for a growing tech business based in London, you will need to be switched on, an excellent communicator, hardworking and ready to take ownership of the role and responsibilities that encompass it. You will need to be newly qualified ACA coming from any size practice with an Audit background.

Salary & Benefits
This Finance Manager position for this tech business based in London is offering between £55,000 and £65,000 + discretionary bonus, 25 days annual leave + Christmas close + Bank Holidays, + more.
