IT Service Delivery Manager - (Infrastructure, Service Delivery, Telecoms, Azure, 3rd Parties, Stakeholder Management, M365, Technical) - Permanent - Home Based
Charles Simon Associates are currently recruiting for an IT Service Delivery Manager on a permanent basis for our prestigious business based in the London area. This opportunity is a home based role within the UK and with commuter links to London.
Location: Home Based with travel
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum Plus benefits
Skills/requirements for the IT Service Delivery Manager:
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Extensive experience working and dealing with 3rd party companies, to assist with projects
* Strong technical skills, with the ability to be hands on when needed, however this is a hands off role
* Previous experience of running and managing projects within the Telecoms, azure, O365, Networking areas is vital
* Ability to work with the small team to help create and adjust the Windows Architecture when needed
* Excellent presentation skills
* Any SD-WAN experience would be highly desirable
Start date is ASAP for the IT Service Delivery Manager
The IT Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for:
* Ensuring any major incidents are tracked, reported and communicated
* Managing Supplier relationships covering 3rd party support and outsourced consultancy
* Regularly reviewing system permissions for internal and external teams
* Owning the desktop and server build definition and maintaining all computers within the security profile of the business
* Acting as a point of escalation for the organisation for any service impacting issues
* Managing the escalation of incidents within the business and ensure OLA and SLAs are met
* Provide assistance and education to end users
* Documenting processes for the infrastructure team core activities
* Ensuring that all Network, Server or Telephony related problems are managed by 3rd party suppliers to the swiftest resolution in line with SLA
* Producing project scopes for the implementation of new Infrastructure projects, accounting for resources, costs and timescales
* Working with users and vendors to ensure testing, user training and documentation is completed in line with business standards
