Management Accountant Role
NC Associates are working with a forward thinking and market leading organisation to assist in recruiting an Management Accountant on a 12 months fixed term contract. My client is looking for a confident and driven Management Accountant who can help support the Management Accountant and Senior Finance Manager. As a Management Accountant you will have lots of autonomy and exposure working alongside the Senior Management Accountant who will help support you to build on your existing experience.
Management Accountant Responsibilities
* Preparing the management accounts for review by the senior management accountant.
* posting of monthly journals such as accruals and prepayments
* Assisting finance manager and management accounts in monthly P&L reporting and analysis
* Bank reconciliations on a weekly/monthly basis
* Supporting on the year end audit, resolving queries with accompanying evidence etc
* Assist the Management Accountant and the wider team with ad-hoc tasks
* Assistance with CIS and VAT returns
Management Accountant Experience Required
* AAT qualified / CIMA, ACCA finance graduate
* Exposure to month end management accounts
* Transactional accounting experience
* Proficiency in Excel (v look ups & pivot tables).
* Excellent data entry and organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail
* An enthusiastic and positive approach to tasks and duties with a desire to develop within an Accountancy career
