You will:
* NQ to 5 PQE (preferably)
* Have had exposure to sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, and transfer of equity
* You will be able to manage a varied and busy caseload from inception to completion.
* You will have a proven track record of billings.
* You will be ambitious, driven, and have a high level of regard for your work.
* You will enjoy client interaction, and will have a keen eye for business development and the promotion of your firm in the local community.
