Role: Cutover Manager (Procurement)
Type: Interim Contract
Salary: up to £675 per day inside IR35
1 day in the office and the rest from home
Location: South West
Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for a Cutover Manager for our Public Sector client.
The post holder will manage the workstream to develop a target operating model for the service to support the new ERP solution (SAP Cloud).
Key responsibilities for the Cutover Manager are;
* Reviewing the current support model and help scope, design and develop a new technical and non-technical support model
* Help scope, design and develop a new set of common design principles for support services
* Identify essential functional design changes which enable a new support model
* Identify process, training, skills, capacity, technology and change gaps required to meet the new operating model
* Develop a project to transition to the new operating model and close the identified
* Identify the future roadmap activities and timelines which need to be managed post go-live
* Identify future efficiencies, process improvements and benefits.
The Ideal candidate for the Cutover Manager will have;
* Significant experience of planning, leading and managing ERP cutovers
* Knowledge of recent regulatory changes
* Local Authority experience ideal
* Strong Stakeholder Management experience
* Knowledge of SAP or ARIBA is essential
* Experience in Leading and Managing a team
* Strong understanding of ICT and ERP systems.
