As a Health & Safety Manager, you will:
* Take responsibility for the health and safety, and fire safety systems across the site
* Act as an advisory service for health & safety related queries
* Lead, develop and motivate other health & safety professionals in the team
* Review the health & safety arrangements ensure they are fit for purpose
* Lead on the review of all accidents/incident reports, notifying HSE where appropriate
* Attend external meetings that may impact health & safety across the site
* Liaise with emergency services as required
To be successful as a Health & Safety Manager, you will:
* Hold a chartered membership status with IOSH or CIEH or equivalent
* Be educated to degree level or equivalent
* Be experienced in delivering generalist health & safety procedures
* Experience within the education sector would be advantageous
In return, we are offering an annual salary of up to £51,000 depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position.
