Commercial Property Solicitor | Full Time | Epping Office
Summary of Role
A firm is looking for an experienced Solicitor to join their busy Commercial Property Team. The role is based in their Epping office, on a full-time basis.
The Role
Their Commercial Property Team offers advises on all aspects of Commercial Property transactions including the Grant and Renewal of Commercial Leases, the Purchase and Sale of Investment Properties and Commercial and Residential Development Property subject to Occupational Leases and Commercial Landlord and Tenant Development work as well as the management of Commercial Property. We advise Tenants and Landlords and have experience in Commercial Lending.
The Person
You will have experience in a broad range of commercial property matters and will have strong technical and client management skills, be personable, compassionate and confident.
