Job role / duties

•Installation, Service, and Maintenance: Oversee the installation, servicing, and maintenance of a wide range of CCTV security products to ensure optimal performance.
•Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service to our customers, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our security solutions.
•Team Support: Provide leadership and support to the team of engineers, especially in the absence of the CCTV Manager, ensuring smooth operations and effective problem-solving.
•Technical Expertise: Utilise in-depth technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high standards of system functionality and reliability.
•Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery and system performance.

To be considered for this roe you MUST:

•Have at least 4 years’ experience of CCTV installation, service and maintenance.
•Possess strong technical skills with a thorough understanding of CCTV systems and security solutions. Experience of working with Hik vision equipment
•Be able to lead and support a team of engineers in the absence of the CCTV Manager
•Be able to demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making capability
•Have excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
•Be a strong verbal and written communicator
•Be capable of conveying technical information to both team members and customers effectively.
•Be flexible on working hours and respond to emergency situations as needed.
•Be able to work at low to medium level heights.
•Be happy to work away occasionally

*** Full UK driving licence for at least 2 years required
*** Must be able to pass a DBS check
