HYBRID - LONDON - 3X A WEEK

THE COMPANY
This boutique premium performance marketing agency is a super data-driven organisation, currently going through a growth phase and are expanding its CRO team!
THE ROLE
You’ll be joining a team of 8 in the CRO function to lead on CRO programmes for clients; setting test strategies and a lot of client engagement.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
* Come from an agency background, used to working in fast-paced environments
* CRO/AB testing experience - open to any tools but must have the core CRO experience to lead on CRO road mapping for clients
