Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: New Milton
Employer: Manufacturer
Salary / Rate of pay: up to £27,000
Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an Manufacturer in New Milton, Hampshire, who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team.

What the role Involves:
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
* Respond to customer enquiries via email, providing timely and accurate information.
* Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
* Assist managers with various administrative tasks as needed.
* Receive training in the warehouse to support operations and assist with inventory management.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks including document creation, data entry, and reporting.
* Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing customer concerns and providing solutions promptly.
Ideal Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and environments.
* Experience with SAGE or similar accounting software is desirable but not essential.
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
