HEAD OF BI & ANALYTICS - LONDON
UP TO £160,000
THE COMPANY
I am headhunting for a pivotal Head of BI & Analytics position on behalf of a global iGaming business. This role covers BI, Analytics, Product & Data Science and requires a leader with experience in the iGaming space, well versed in transformation.
THE ROLE
The successful Head of BI & Analytics responsibilities will include:
* A transformational leader to lead the analytics chapter across a team of Analysts as well as supporting on Engineering, Data Science and Analytics more broadly - Aims of making data more accessible throughout the organization and delivering better insights
* All of the teams are currently in place and this role will manage a team of 13 with 4/5 direct reports - Senior individual
* contributors, Senior Analytics Manager and then Data Product Managers - This person will
* Both strategic (working with executives) and hands on - Transforming them to being a data driven company as well as helping better scale the company - Organize how data is being pulled
* Improving data infrastructure in order to better improve future insights - AWS and Snowflake, visualization wise they use Tableau and an in house product too as well Adobe Analytics
* Creating growth through global expansion, expanding to additional marketing channels built mostly around organic
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Head of BI & Analytics will have the following skills and experience:
* Ability to communicate change and communicate change to teams and wider businesses
* Experience in innovation and transformation
* Industry experience - Gaming, gambling
* Strong leadership experience as well as management of a team of 8 +
* Technical background across data, as well as working closely alongside Data Scientists and Data Engineers
THE BENEFITS
The successful Head of BI & Analytics will receive a salary of up to £160,000, plus an array of additional benefits.
