Our client, based in Oxford, OX4, is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to provide immediate support to their growing team, initially on a temporary basis but with good prospects of becoming a long term and potentially permanent contract moving into 2025. The role offers an immediate start and a good hourly rate, working Monday to Friday 9 to 5.
Warehouse Assistant duties:
* Preparing packing materials including crates, boxes and cases according to instructions
* Preparation and packaging of products ready for dispatch to customer sites
* Receiving goods in, sorting and delivering to the relevant locations or individuals, including unpacking where required
* Picking inventory components from pre-defined pick lists and delivering to the manufacturing team prior to assembly
* Assisting with day-to-day production tasks, including counting stock, breaking down and disposing of unwanted materials, and generally helping to maintain a safe and tidy manufacturing space
