Job Description:
HR Business Partner | Punjabi Speaking | £60,000 - £65,000
This is an exciting opportunity to take the number one HR role in an established, thriving and rapidly expanding family owned business. Boasting a rich heritage and a great people focused culture, this is a Birmingham success story. The business stepped into a new phase in the last 5 years and has ambitious growth plans to become a £500m+ turnover powerhouse in the sector over the next few years.
The HR Business Partner will be commercially focused playing a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals. The HR Business Partner will report into the CEO & collaborate closely with the Senior Leadership team.
The Role as HR Business Partner:
* Supporting the people agenda
* You’ll spend much of your time building credible relationships, coaching, supporting and challenging managers, so exceptional relationship building and communication skills are key within the role.
* Address day to day HR issues as they arise
* Support and work with the leadership team to support change
* Provide sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management and talent management
The Candidate:
* Previous experience in a fast paced environment
* Commercially focused
* ER experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders
* Rapport builder & natural coach
* CIPD qualified
* Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
* Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding our core values
* Solution Orientated, exceptionally well- organised, innovative problem solver
The Package:
In return the business offers a basic salary of up to £65,000 per annum plus company bonus and benefits.
