-    Ensuring that Health and Safety legislation is adhered to at all times by them and their team
-    Ensuring required training and qualifications required for the role of their team are audited and up to date at all times
-    Ensuring a safe and secure working environment at all times
-    Completing all paperwork required for property files and ensuring all records of site operation are accurate, structured and compliant with Unite Students policies and procedures

-    Accountable for the performance of the team and will actively participate in performance management conversations and personal development plan

The ideal candidate will already have some experience managing a small team of people. You will be looking to move further into management and, ultimately, away from the tools.

In return our client is offering a salary of £45,000 per annum (pro-rata)
