Compliance Officer | Lloyd’s Syndicate | London/WFH | £55 - 65,000 (doe)
Finitas are delighted to be supporting a growing Lloyd’s syndicate in their search for a Compliance Officer to join their team.
Reporting into the Senior Compliance Manager, you will have an array of responsibilities including but not limited to providing compliance advice to Underwriters, supporting with financial crime & sanctions, compliance monitoring reviews, horizon scanning, risk reporting, collating MI and more.
Experience required:
* Must have at least three years compliance experience.
* Must have experience of working in an insurer or insurance broker - ideally within the London market.
* Excellent working knowledge of the FCA guidelines and Lloyd’s minimum standards.
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels including senior stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Please note you will be required to work in their London office 3 days a week.
