Job Title: Junior Property Manager
Location: North London
Department: Block Management
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Overview:
The Junior Property Manager will work directly with the (Senior) Property manager looking after management of a residential portfolio. This includes ensuring the properties are well-maintained, managing lessee relations, and overseeing works programs etc. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Property Maintenance and Management:
* Oversee the daily operations of the properties.
* Ensure properties are well-maintained and comply with safety regulations.
* Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs in a timely manner.
* Conduct regular property inspections and manage preventive maintenance.
Lessee Relations:
* Handle Lessee inquiries and resolve complaints or issues promptly.
* Manage Lessee communications, including notices and updates.
* Enforce lease terms.
Financial Management:
* Prepare and manage property budgets.
* Track and report on financial performance, including income and expenses.
Health & Safety:
* Ensure compliance with H & S regulations.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Experience:
* Minimum of 1+ year of experience in property management or a related field.
Certifications:
* Professional certification preferred but not required.
Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in property management software.
