About Us:

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver tailored lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students.
* Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) to support each student’s unique learning journey.
* Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that fosters academic, social, and emotional development.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and other specialists to provide holistic support to students.
* Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Engage with parents and caregivers to provide regular updates on student progress and work collaboratively to support their child’s development.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experience or training in supporting students with special educational needs, particularly in areas such as ASC, ADHD, MLD, SLD, and associated conditions.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable, but we welcome applications from unqualified teachers with relevant SEND experience.
* A compassionate, patient, and dedicated individual with a genuine commitment to supporting the well-being and development of SEND students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* A proactive approach to adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of each student.
