Jobstore are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Freight Export CoOrdinator to join our clients leading distribution operation just outside of Manchester in Wythenshaw.
We are seeking an applicant who has a good knowledge Air Freight transport and relevant operational processes, being able to assist with day to day transport requirements and planning.
You will be able to
- Confidently quote customers based on costs you have retrieved from suppliers/agents
- Arrange shipments as per customer instructions
- Support end to end management of a job life - quote, planning, booking, customs, POD and invoicing.
- Complete the MAWB’s - IATA, B"B and CONSOLIDATIONS.
- Complete customer entries in accordance to compliance of HMRC.
- Be able to follow customers SOP’s.
- Resolve problems in a professional and prompt manner.
- Ability to manage your own workload without direct supervision.
- Proactively action tasks without direct supervision.
You must be customer focused, helpful and have a friendly manner, with excellent communication, ICT and interpersonal skills.
