Property Manager – Benefits 
* £24,000 - £26,000 basic salary
* OTE £28,000 - £30,000 
* Bonus scheme 
* Monday to Friday only position

Property Manager – Duties 
* General management of a number of Fully Managed units
* Following up on property visits and organising works as needed
* Managing arrears and processing any rent protection claims
* Organising scheduled and reactive repairs
* Ensuring compliance of your portfolio and that each property adheres to current legislation
Property Manager – Experience Needed: 
* 12 months experience in a Property Management or similar role
* Able to work as part of a team and independently
* Possess the ability to build relationships and maintain rapport with the general public and clients
* Be enthusiastic and motivated to succeed in this busy industry
* Looking to  be a part of a growing business and forge a long-term career
