Marketing Cloud Business Analyst
Location: Milton Keynes / London
Perm and contract both options available
* German Language is Mandatory
* Overall 8-10 years experience, including 4+ years in Marketing Cloud and 2+ years in role of BA
* Experience in Telco CRM
* Should be able to discuss requirements with Client related to Salesforce
* Should be able to analyse client requirements and propose OOTB Standard functionality to business
* Document User Stories, discuss requirement with Designer & Development team
* Give Demo to business
* Knowledge of Sales, Service Cloud, Communication Cloud (Vlocity) will be added advantage
* Experience in JIRA, Confluence
* Well versed with Agile
* Salesforce Certified
