Temporary Receptionist for a 2 month period
My client are recruiting for a friendly and efficient Receptionist to work for a small medical office. This is a busy and varied role working within a great team! The role will be for 2 months and will be 5 days fully office based, 8:30am - 5:30pm.
Key Responsibilities for this role include...
* Provide an efficient, professional and well-presented switchboard and reception service
* Answer general queries in a pleasant, propt, accurate and efficient manner
* Greet guests on arrival in a pleasant, professional manner, issue visitors passes and contact their hosts
* Take ownership of individual customer’s requests and strive to exceed their expectations
* To assist with room & office bookings and cancellations
