The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the smooth running of the accounts payable function, improving processes, ensuring deadlines are met and quality of output from the team.
* Management of two staff
* Ensuring correct allocation of workload
* Payment runs in line with company timetable
* Daily aged creditor analysis
* Old debt resolution
* Oversee statement reconciliation
* Training and developing team members
* Improve communication with suppliers
* Hold regular team meetings
* Improve and streamline processes
Your background
* Strong experience as AP Manager or AP Supervisor
* Self-motivated individual, able to lead a team
* Strong systems experience including MS Excel to an intermediate level
* Organised and can work well under pressure
* Experience of stock is beneficial
* Excellent time management
