Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Summary:
At Bis Henderson, we are looking for a Raw Food Materials and Ingredient Trader to join a leading Trading business. The role focuses on generating new, third party trade in existing and new geographies, leveraging opportunities to land new commercial additions to our Client’s existing portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering revenue growth, but will also need a detailed understanding of the food manufacturing procurement environment and food science technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new, third party trade in existing and new geographies
* Identify new manufacturing sources for the supply of relevant products
* Leverage opportunities, playing a significant role in new projects to land new commercial additions to our Clients existing portfolio.
* Report and advise senior colleagues of relevant trading opportunities

Experience:
* Proven track record of delivering revenue growth
* A detailed understanding of the food manufacturing procurement environment.
* A good grasp of food science technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
