Base Location: Reading, Cardiff or Perth – this is a hybrid role working a minimum of two days a week at the office at the advertised location.
Salary: £28,072 - £32,605 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.
Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available
What is the Role?
As a Billing Account Manager you will manage a portfolio of customers handling all billing related activities seeking to resolve queries within a timely manner. You will deliver exceptional customer service building excellent relationships with your customers and TPI’s. As part of your role you will:
- Strive for accuracy through the completion of bill validations.
- Attend meetings with TPI’s and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively manage your customer portfolio.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to support the offer of additional products.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Previous experience as a Billing Account Manager within a Customer Service environment.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Experience of working with account balancing and reconciliation.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Demonstratable experience of successful stakeholder engagement.
