Job Description:
Calling all Warehouse Supervisors available for an Immediate start open to Temp - Perm!!!
I have a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a long term opportunity..
You will be overseeing 2 staff members.
* Assigning day to day workload to warehouse team
* Identify areas of improvement and establish or adjust existing work procedures and practices
* Coordinate activities with other departments
* Receiving and despatching goods.
* Planning storage allocation
* Quality control checks
* Picking and packing goods in line with customer requirments,
* Loading and unloading Lorries
* Ensuring all stock areas are clean and tidy
* Inventory Checks
* Handling customer returns
* Small batch assembly-testing of products when required.
* Ordering packaging supplies
* Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
* Waste/Recycling Management.
The ideal candidate would hold a current counterbalance Forklift certificate ideally.
This role is an immediate start, starting off as a temp with a view of going permanent, although the pay is lower temp it is a well paid permanent role!!
Lovely hours for a warehouse role and no weekends!!
