Building Manager
Central London
Up to £55k + Package
Are you an experienced Building Manager looking for a new challenge in the in Central London?
This is a unique opportunity to take on a key role in managing a prestigious 125,000 Sq Ft state of the art commercial trophy building.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building, with a strong focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. You will also be managing a £2 million service charge budget, ensuring that all facilities and services are maintained to the highest standards.
To excel in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in building management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You should be able to effectively manage a team of staff and contractors, as well as liaise with tenants and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:
* Management of a best in class FM service provision to multiple tenants in this fantastic building.
* Oversight of Environmental and Sustainability initiatives across the portfolio.
* Daily tenant liaison, forming close working relationships with tenants and clients on site
* Service charge budget preparation, management and reconciliation of around £1 million per annum
* Health & safety management
* Hard and soft service contractor management
* Project management and refurbishment works
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have 2 + years experience in a similar role with service charge budget experience.
* MIWFM (Desirable but not essential)
* IOSH/ Nebosh certificate
