Job Description:
Established yet still fast-growing US law firm is looking for a European Operations Director.

The European Operations Director reports into the Global MD of Business Operations and provides operational and administrative leadership to multiple offices within the UK and Europe, in partnership with firmwide departments.
European Operations Director Key Responsibilities include:
* Direct the business operations and client service initiatives of multiple offices.
* Manage and oversee a small group of subordinate managers in local offices.
* Work closely with relevant function leaders to progress and/or maintain office related contracts.
* Lead the planning and implementation of multiple firm strategic projects and initiatives across multiple offices.
* Analyse current processes, define and implement best practices to improve.
* Ensure compliance with firm and local office policies and procedures, building requirements, regional and local laws, and regulations, and implement the office of General Counsel initiatives.
* Work with Talent Management to lead hiring of office support professionals.
* Prepare office discretionary budget for multiple offices.
* Participate in lateral attorney on-boarding process for all offices in assigned region.
* Plan and direct major office projects, initiatives, and events.
European Operations Director Key Skills & Requirements:
* Extensive business operations experience, preferably a law firm.
* 7 years of management or leadership experience.
* 5 years of experience in project management, people management and leadership within a professional services or legal firm.
