Global Accounting Network are currently partnered exclusively with an international law firm to recruit for an Accounts Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking for their next step within finance and who wants to grow their career in a core accounting role, perhaps moving away from accounts payable or receivable. Suited to somebody studying ACCA or CIMA in the early stages, this Accounts Assistant job will provide an excellent stepping stone for a person who is keen to learn and develop their career.
Duties in this Accounts Assistant job will include supporting the Financial Accountants with upload of bank statements, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, journal postings and various other tasks to support the wider finance function.
This would suit a candidate who is a graduate or has studied AAT or is in the early stages of studying towards ACCA or CIMA qualifications. This role requires a candidate who is intelligent, with a good academic track record, a team player who is willing to work hard and have fun too.
