The Freight Pricing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and optimising freight pricing for customers, coordinating bookings with overseas partners, and ensuring accurate and timely data input into the CRM system. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Freight Pricing Coordinator Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain competitive freight pricing strategies to meet customer needs while ensuring company profitability.
*Analyse market trends and competitors’ pricing to adjust and optimise rates.
*Prepare and provide quotations to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored pricing solutions for key accounts.
*Coordinate bookings with overseas agents and partners to ensure smooth and timely freight operations.
*Manage and monitor booking confirmations, amendments, and cancellations with all stakeholders.
*Communicate effectively with overseas partners to resolve any issues related to bookings or pricing.
*Ensure that all bookings comply with international shipping regulations and company policies.
*Input, update, and maintain accurate pricing, customer, and booking information in the CRM system.
*Ensure all data is correctly recorded, including customer interactions, quotations, and booking details.
*Generate reports from the CRM system to assist with pricing analysis, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
*Identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and improve CRM system utilisation.
