EA to CEO – High End Property

A fantastic opportunity for a resilient, adaptable and forward-thinking EA with proven experience supporting at C-Suite level within a corporate, high-end environment.

This is a true business assistant to an entrepreneurial CEO who is straight-talking, generous and has a good sense of humour. You will be able to seamlessly anticipate needs while managing time effectively.

EA Support:
* Manage complex diaries and schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments
* Manage high-pressure tasks and balance the CEO’s dynamic needs with your workload as priorities shift
* Handle confidential communications, including emails, phone calls and correspondence
* Prepare and review documents,

Project Management:
* Assist with the planning and executing of projects, ensuring strict deadlines are met.
* Track progress and ensure follow-up actions are completed.

Executive Counsel:
* Serve as a trusted confidant in the executive suite, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
* Collaborate closely with the CEO to understand and support their vision and objectives.

Meeting Coordination:
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute action items. Organise meeting logistics, including venue arrangements, technology setup, and catering.

Travel Arrangements:
* Arrange flights, accommodations, and transportation.
* Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all arrangements are confirmed. Be on-call to provide remote support to the CEO when travelling.

Liaison and Communication:
* Act as a point of contact between the executive team and other staff members. Manage relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

Office Management:
* Order office supplies and manage inventory.

Essential requirements:
* Alternatively, several years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, with experience supporting CEO’s will be highly valued.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
* Proficiency in office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook and presentation tools.
* High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain composure under pressure.
* Demonstrated ability to advise and provide strategic insights to senior executives.
