Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Engineering Company in Bradford as an Office Support Assistant.In this role, you will be delivering day-to-day administration to support the distribution of selling industrial fasteners, fixings, tools and other products in the Bradfords area. This is a varied role, and they are looking for someone who is customer focussed, can work collaboratively, and has excellent attention to detail.
The responsibilities of the Office Support Assistant:
* Understanding the products being offered to clients and customers.
* Liaising with the sales team and understanding processes and procedures.
* Organising and formatting files and documentation.
* Processing and preparing quotes for senior members.
* Investigating, problem solving and researching.
* Booking in appointments via email and on the phone for the sales team.
* Building relationships with clients and customers.
* Processing orders for customers.
The ideal person will have:
* Ideally someone who has knowledge of working within a construction or an administrative environment.
* Previous administrative experience with good organisation and communication skills.
* Proficient on Microsoft Office suite and can pick up new systems quickly.
* Good attention to detail.
* Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems quickly.
* Has excellent customer service and can build long lasting relationships with a wide range of stakeholder.
