Job Description:
Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst with previous experience in a similar role.
If you are a Permanent Senior Data Analyst with Experience in leading the organisation’s reporting and analysis efforts, collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver timely, actionable insights and recommendations that align with and support strategic objectives.

Salary - £45,000 - £50,000k
Hybrid - 2 days in the office 3 Days from home (This is flexible )

DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
* Lead reporting, insight, and analytics efforts in collaboration with the Group Head of Data & Compliance, focusing on member acquisition, engagement, and optimising lifetime member value.
* Regularly monitor and report on key membership data metrics, highlighting significant patterns and trends, especially in acquisition, engagement, and retention.
* Advocate for evidence-based experimentation, offering guidance on impactful areas for experimentation aligned with business objectives and strategy.
* Provide support and guidance on developing campaign performance reports, actionable insights, and data-driven models for various stages of the lifecycle, including engagement, attrition, lifetime value, segmentation, and recommendation modeling.
* Create data visualisations to effectively communicate key insights.
* Integrate qualitative findings into quantitative reports whenever possible.
* Collaborate with the Data Integrity Analyst to develop and ensure the quality of data sources used within the organisation.
PROFILE
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Relevant degree or equivalent qualifications.
* 5+ years of full-time experience in data analysis or data science.
* Proficient in Microsoft Data Platform technologies, including Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI.
* Skilled in data visualisation tools like Power BI and Tableau.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences; ideally skilled in data storytelling.
* Flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities, supporting a data-driven, evidence-based culture, and helping stakeholders self-serve reporting.
* Experience in managing and developing people.
* Proficient in SQL, SAS, Python, or R. (Desirable)
* Familiarity with marketing technology data platforms (e.g., Microsoft Customer Insights, Microsoft Fabric) is a plus.
* Experience establishing analytics processes in early-stage environments.
