Platinum Recruitment is working with a popular wedding and events venue based in Basingstoke, with their search for a Conference & Banqueting Manager.

What’s involved?
As Conference and Banqueting Manager, you will be responsible for the management and training of your support staff and the responsibility of organising up to 50 casual staff.
You must have previous experience in managing, motivating and developing a team whilst keeping up with their high standards of customer service.
Previous experience in a busy function and wedding venue is a must.
