Finance & Office Assistant
Based in West London, hybrid working (5 days in the office)
£28,000 - £32,000 + 25 days holiday + pension + bens
I’m delighted to be supporting a very prestigious FMCG/media client in West London, who operate in the Audio Visual market, and are keen to secure an experienced Finance & Office Assistant, to report directly to the Financial Controller and Head of Operations in this high profile business.
You will ideally be able to offer some recent office administration / finance administration experience and be able to turn your hand to anything in the office. You will also be keen to work in a fast-paced, talented team and be able to multi-task and be the ’go-to’ for all things in the office! Based in West London, 5 days per week (given the nature of the office administration tasks)
The successful Finance and Office assistant will have a very hands-on and varied role that will cover:
* Daily liaising with the Finance, Sales, Marketing and Warehouse teams to provide them with administration services
* Inventory Management Administration and learning to be a super user of their inventory management system
* Responsible for maintenance of inventory management system and inputting inventory movements
* Shipping parts on the system
* Receiving in products on the system
* Raising purchase orders
* Management of CRM products - adding new products, removing discontinued and updating pricing
* Arranging delivery of parcels and accepting deliveries
* Updating open book project information on inventory management system
* Updating Stock transfers from items returned from site and to different projects where applicable
* Arranging Repairs and product returns for both projects and service
* Assisting with stock takes when required
* Day to day running of the showroom - ensuring the showroom is ready for tours at all times
* Assisting sales team arranging meetings
* Responsible for any required maintenance of office buildings
* Assisting with HR paperwork
The ideal profile for the successful candidate will include:
- Likely to have a minimum of 2-3 years of varied finance or operations or admin experience
- The ability to work in a small, collaborative team, and be able to multi-task at all times
- The ability to work cross-functionally with high energy and be hands-on
